Reporting a problem and submitting a ticket

If you were unable to find the answers you were looking for and need assistance or further information, you can send us your request for support by "creating a ticket".

To quickly submit your request, click on send request. Complete the form by entering type of alert, name and surname, e-mail, the reason for your request of assistance and the body of the message.

Important: each field is mandatory.

Click on Send and you will receive an email confirming the submission of your ticket.

The ENDU team will deal with your support ticket and send you a reply within 48 hours.
