Reporting a problem and submitting a ticket
If you were unable to find the answers you were looking for and need assistance or further information, you can send us your request for support by "creating a ticket".
To quickly submit your request, click on send request. Complete the form by entering type of alert, name and surname, e-mail, the reason for your request of assistance and the body of the message.
Important: each field is mandatory.
Click on Send and you will receive an email confirming the submission of your ticket.The ENDU team will deal with your support ticket and send you a reply within 48 hours.
