How to request a REaction refund

If you registered for an event with the REaction option active in the period of time considered by the promo, you are entitled to obtain:

A. registration valid for the next edition of the same event without further disbursements

or

B. an ENDU voucher for an amount equal to 90% of the price paid for the registration fee (net of any discounts) for the payment of any other registration through ENDU to events taking place by 30/06 / 2021.

You can exercise your right up to 3 days before the date of the event if the event will take place regularly, or, if the event will not take place, within 3 days after the date on which it should have taken place. Registration for the next edition will not be transferable to other people while the voucher will be "bearer", that is, it can be transferred to another person by the user who received it.

This right is valid only and exclusively for registrations made and paid through ENDU in the reference period, therefore for all other registrations the provisions of the event regulations will continue to apply.

Any products purchased separately from registration and secretarial commissions are not included, unless otherwise specified.

To check if your subscription is part of the promo REaction, check whether the registration confirmation letter contains indications for exercising this right.

To exercise your choice:

  • log in to your ENDU profile
  • click on the avatar image at the top left
  • select My orders
  • click the Detail button of the order concerned
  • click again on the Detail button
  • select the red button Request refund
  • fill in the form with the requested data and confirm with Request

ATTENTION: the refund request is strictly personal. If you have made a multiple order of several people, it is not possible to make a single request for all but it will be the duty of each to express a preference from their ENDU profile.

Unregistered users will need to create an ENDU profile. An automatic recognition system will assign each existing registration to the new profile.
