YOLO - How to claim reimbursement

The reimbursement must be requested from the insurance company.

The request to open the refund file must be submitted within 10 days of the event or from the first moment when the Insured had the opportunity to do so.

The request may be sent to the Insurer in one of the following ways

- by e-mail to: claims@netinsurance.it
- by registered mail with return receipt to: Net Insurance S.p.A. c/o Casella Postale 106, 26100 CREMONA - Italy.

The following documents must be attached to the application:
- the "claim form" filled in with the requested information. The complaint form is available in the attachment;
- documentation proving registration for the sporting event;
- documentation supporting the claim
