Ordered photos are made available TWO HOURS after payment: to download, you will need to log into your ENDU profile and enter the PHOTOS section (the album will show the name of the event)
High-resolution images, on the other hand, may sometimes take several hours longer as they are being uploaded.
To view and download images you will need to follow the steps below:
- access your ENDU profile;
- click on the avatar symbol in the top right-hand corner;
- from the menu, go to MY PROFILE;
- go to the PHOTOS section;
- go to the album with the name of the event of interest and click on BUY OR MANAGE
By clicking on the DOWNLOAD ALL button and then selecting either DOWNLOAD IN LR or DOWNLOAD IN HR, you will be sent the link containing the zip file of the photos
If, on the other hand, you prefer to download the individual image, you will have to select the bottom left corner of the desired photo and choose between low resolution or original (i.e., in HR)
