How can I recover my password? Print

To recover your password, please follow these steps:

Go to the Sign in or Sign up page
Click on FORGOT PASSWORD
Enter the email address you used to sign up
Select CONTINUE

Within seconds you will receive an email to reset your password.

Click on RESET NOW from the e-mail received
Enter a new password and confirm it
Complete the password reset process by clicking on UPDATE PASSWORD

NB: if you do not receive the password recovery e-mail, remember to check the "Spam" folder of your e-mail provider.
