To upload your documentation, please:
- login into ENDU
- go on the "User menu"
- click on "My profile"
- click on "Activities"
- click on "Entries"
- then click on "Entry detail"
- in the next page , click on "Update data" or "Change cards or certificates"
Warning!
- Upload your document in pdf or jpg format (max size 2MB) and make sure that there are no hyphen or other signs in the file name.
- Your medical certificate will check by DataHealth
NB. If you are not able to upload your card and certificate, we invite you to show those documents when you will collect your bib.
