During the registration, in the dedicated section, please use the “Add Button” to upload your document.
The system will redirect you to the DataHealth website where you will be able to upload your medical certificate after having entered the required data.
At the end you will be automatically returned to your registration form to complete and pay it (the file must be in .pdf / .jpg / .jpeg / .png format and not larger than 2 mega)
