What to do if DataHealth informs me that the medical certificate has been rejected?

Modified on Fri, 25 Mar, 2022 at 10:47 AM

In the event that DataHealth has notified you that the certificate, uploaded on their portal during registration, has been rejected, you will have to upload a new sports medical certificate that meets the requirements for participation.

These are the steps to follow:

- access your ENDU profile;
- go to the menu under your Avatar and click on MY PROFILE;
- click on ACTIVITIES;
- enter in ENTRIES;
- access the event of interest and click on the CHANGE CARDS OR CERTIFICATES button;
- scroll to the area dedicated to the medical certificate and first click on the REMOVE button and then click on the ADD button.

As in the previous time, you will be redirected to the DataHealth portal where you can upload the document again.

It will again take 4 days (2 days if the event is after this deadline) to receive the email communication from DH with the outcome of the validity check.
