ENDU provides DataHealth with only the data necessary for the validation of the documents by taking them from the registration form you are filling out (these are: name, surname, date of birth and email address).
Therefore, we recommend that you pay close attention during the compilation of your order that datas are the same that in your medical certificates.
Please also be careful to indicate the correct email address: the e-mail address you enter in the registration form will be the same that DataHealth will use to notify you of the validation or invalidity of the uploaded documents.
